My cat has bowel infection? - what is bowel infection

My cat has a strange behavior for 3 days, was the vet and gave me the feeling of a big bump on her belly and said he had an intestinal infection ..
he gave her 3 shots and one quarter of vitamins, normal?

And then, she has tears in his eyes, raises his comic and 40 minutes after ............???!? I do not know if this is normal or because my cat has never been an injection
